Lighthouse Pilot Program Agreement

1. Pilot Period. Participation in the Lighthouse pilot program is provided at no charge. The pilot period begins upon device installation and continues until either party provides written notice of termination or a paid subscription is established.

2. Hardware. Lighthouse provides a monitoring device (Raspberry Pi-based) for installation at your property. This hardware remains the property of 919 IT Solutions LLC at all times. You agree to return the device promptly upon request or at the end of the pilot program. Damage to or loss of the device may result in a replacement fee.

3. Installation. Basic remote setup is included. Physical installation at the property (connecting the device to your router via ethernet) is the responsibility of the property owner or their representative.

4. Feedback. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us improve Lighthouse. We may periodically reach out to ask about your experience.

5. Data Collection. Lighthouse collects network performance data from your property including internet uptime, latency, and speed test results. This data is stored securely and used to power the Lighthouse dashboard. We do not monitor the content of your internet traffic.

6. No Service Guarantee. The pilot program is provided as-is. While we strive for reliability, no uptime guarantee or service level agreement applies during the pilot period.

7. Contact. By signing up, you agree to be contacted by 919 IT Solutions LLC regarding your pilot participation and any future Lighthouse offerings. You may opt out at any time.
